About Jerk ChickenThe word Jerk refers to the way that a meat, whether chicken, beef, fish, goat, pork etc is seasoned. Jerk was originated in Jamaica and is simply a marinade that includes pimento (all spice) and scotch bonnet peppers which give it that spicy taste.
